I agree with the Blue spawn comment.

It looks bristle brush painted, when to pull off the comic cover, it needed to have airbrush techniqhes used.
Also, like Drau said in another topic. The Hanging Spawn's Hangmans Knot looks like crap too!
But at least THAT fig is nicely painted.

I'd even say that the Clown has a 10X better paint job than the Blue Spawn.
